Since each gemstone is uniquely recommended and processed as per individual horoscopes, we follow a strict and transparent policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. No Exchange / No Replacement
- We do not allow any exchange or replacement once a gemstone has been sold.
- Each gemstone is selected and energized specifically for the individual, making it unique and non-transferable.
2. Return Policy
- In exceptional cases only, if a return is approved, 35% of the total billed amount will be deducted at the time of refund.
- The gemstone must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- It must be in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition, with the original invoice and authenticity certificate intact.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The gemstone is damaged, scratched, set in jewelry, energized, or used.
- The original invoice or certificate is missing.
- The gemstone is customized or specially energized as per your horoscope.
